Terms of use Winter 2011/2012 :To become a referrer
You must have gone on holidays (at least 7 nights) with VVF Villages since November 1, 2008 or have confirmed your booking for your next 2011/2012 holidays (at least 7 nights).
A "2 free nights" gift certificate for each stay coming from a referral program and confirmed, valid 1 year from the date of issue in all the VVF Villages destinations (except campsites), it must be used during French school periods or the October half-term French school holidays or Spring French school holidays, throughout the year of issue. They can be held concurrently within the limit of 7 free nights. This gift certificate is issued to a named person and cannot be transferred to relatives or friends. It cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded even in case of cancellation. It will be sent to you after you referree will have confirmed his/her stay. Can be used in conjunction with the VVF Villages good deals. To become a referree 6 inseparable conditions :
- The referree's stay takes place between 26/11/2011 and 07/04/2012
- lasts at least 7 nights
- and takes place in a VVF Villages holiday rental (except campsites).
- The referree as well as the persons taking part in the stay coming from the referral program, have not gone on holidays with VVF Villages or Valvvf since 01/11/2008..
- The duly filled in referral gift certificate must be enclosed to the stay confirmation.
- In case of the "referrer" and "referree" holidays during the same dates and in the same VVF Villages, the referrer and referree cannot stay in the same accommodation or be registered in the same booking file.
The referree gift certificate = 30€ discount on his/her stay!It must be adressed to us before the beginning of the stay. Only one certificate will be accepted per family and booking file. In case of cancellation of the stay due to the referree : the "referree discount" will not be refunded, exchanged, postponed until a stay subsequent to 07/04/2012 or transferred to relatives or friends. Can be used in conjunction with VVF Villages good deals. The referral gift certificate "2 free nights" will be kept by the referrer.

You must have gone on holidays (at least 7 nights) with VVF Villages since December 15, 2008 or have confirmed your booking for your next 2012 holidays.
A "2 free nights" gift certificate for each stay coming from a referral program and confirmed, valid 1 year from the date of issue in all the VVF Villages destinations (except campsites), it must be used out of Summer French school holidays (from 30/06 to 01/09/2011) or during the Spring French school or the October half-term French school holidays during the year it has been issued. They can be held concurrently within the limit of 7 free nights. This gift certificate is issued to a named person and cannot be transferred to relatives or friends. It cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded even in case of cancellation. It will be sent to you after you referree will have confirmed his/her stay. Can be used in conjunction with the VVF Villages good deals. To become a referree6 inseparable conditions :
- The referree's stay takes place between 07/04/2012 and 07/11/2012
- lasts at least 7 nights
- and takes place in a VVF Villages holiday rental (except campsites).
- The referree as well as the persons taking part in the stay coming from the referral program, have not gone on holidays with VVF Villages or Valvvf since 15/12/2008.
- The duly filled in referral gift certificate must be enclosed to the stay confirmation.
- In case of the "referrer" and "referree" holidays during the same dates and in the same VVF Villages, the referrer and referree cannot stay in the same accommodation or be registered in the same booking file.
